Sam Muller
Sam Muller is a justice innovator, systems thinker, and bridge-builder who has spent over 25 years working at the intersection of governance, justice, and social impact, helping to build systems and narratives that restore trust, empower people, and make justice accessible and human. This is the vision driving Justice 2.0. His leadership work has been recognised with the Tällberg-SNS Global Leadership Prize (2022) and a Dutch Royal Decoration (2024). Sam now works as a partner at Justice Compass Advisers.

Martin Gramatikov
With a background spanning public, private, NGO, and academic sectors, my career is dedicated to closing the global justice gap. After co-founding a legal clinic for underserved populations during my law studies at the University of Sofia and serving as the coordinator of a Public Defenders Office, I pursued a PhD in Public Administration to better understand systemic challenges. I am research director at HiiL and partner at Justice Compass Advisers. My work focuses on conducting empirical legal studies in over 50 countries, gathering crucial data on how law impacts people’s daily lives and turning that into people-centered justice actionability
