My work

I want things to be better. The balance between purpose and playfulness guides me.  Justice, nature and people are a golden thread. I have been part of setting up new initiatives since I was young. Courses. Journals. Campaigns. International tribunals and other justice mechanisms. NGOs. Startups. I have succeeded and I have failed. I have had to dive deep and jump high. I am a experienced international supervisory board member and chair, with special knowledge of Africa and the MENA region, people and planet, ESG, and governance. I can bring together broad cultural and disciplinary diversity in support of impact and results.

I am an experienced speaker, writer and facilitator on topics related to justice and human dignity.

The three pillars I work from are: (1) embracing diversity and complexity; (2) listening deeply to what is needed, and (3) focussing on outcomes.  From that foundation, responses inevitably emerge that were not there before and that can be developed iteratively. ​​​​​​
